This lovely tote bag is made from two Velour panels. The back is a soft chocolate brown. The front has an Eagle that is decorated in the style of Native American Indians. Flowers and beaded charms cover his feathers. With enigmatic blue eyes he  surveys his domain. 
In Picture no. 6, you can see the tote have been turned inside out to see the lining: rainbow cotton with two large pockets. A brass magnetic snap keep the tote closed.
In diameter, the tote is 15 x 16 inches.
The strap is adjustable from 31 inches to 55 1/2 inches. All metal is brass and gold plated.
